Profetik?
Profetik, LLC is the brainchild of partners Erica
James and Tomika Skanes. Currently high demand models
themselves, together they have been in the business for over 20 years.
Having maintained professionalism and quality business relationships with
many head industry clients, they decided to venture behind the camera to
utilize their experience and knowledge to promote and develop talents
nationwide. Their goal is to help models and talent serious in the
industry in every way possible. Their genuine love for the industry
and their hopes to see others succeed constantly keeps them motivated and
on the move.
Tomika Skanes, a exotic
mix of African American and Korean, is an Atlanta native. Her love
of computers and technology led her to a Computer Science major and the
launch of her web design business, iimagine designs. While in
college she was approached by a local model scout and the rest is
history. She has been featured countless times on national magazine
covers, calendars, television, advertisements, promotions, film and music
videos. In such a short expanse of time, Tomika was able to
manage and maintain a lucrative and highly desired professional modeling

completely designed and maintained by Tomika.
At the age of 13, Erica James, a native of Lake Charles, Lousiana, first
began modeling,
writing music and taking drama classes, and has continued to hone
her skills as a writer and a performer. Erica moved to Atlanta,
Georgia in 2001, where the she first met Tomika on a modeling
assignment. Since her arrival in Atlanta, her steady stream of
modeling jobs has yet to slow down. She is currently a professional model, singer and actress
with an extensive background in the entertainment field. She has
shared the same stage with national corporations (domestic and
international) and has appeared in publications worldwide.
Additionally, Erica joined Korean sensation, Uptown 3000 and a host of
other entertainers in their music endeavors. Erica is a
songwriter and a performer blessed with many creative talents. Musical
influences on Ericas’ style include Billy Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Etta
James, Faith Evans, Madonna and Aliyah, just to name a few. Her
music is a fusion of classy jazz with urban sounds and Inspirational
lyrics that compliment her soulful and melodic voice. With her
unique style and comparable aura, Erica James is primed to take the
entertainment industry by storm.
